-Can you tell us the meaning behind your Etsy shop name?
Milkshake is my baby's name, my baby is my kitty :)

-When did you join Etsy?
June 17, 2007

-What kinds of things are available for purchase in your shop?
Purses, Wallets, Pillows, Human and Kitty collars, Ornaments,
Photos, Jewelry and more. Some of the purses and wallets are made out of re-purposed fabric.

-What is your favorite item from your shop?
I like everything from my shop for different reasons. Every person has so many different sides to them; I am just lucky to be able to have a place to showcase mine.

-Where do you get your ideas and/or inspiration?
I get it from everywhere...
fabrics I see, shades of color, trees, pretty flowers and old buildings.


-What advice do you have for other Etsy sellers, especially those just starting out?
Add at least 10 things to your shop to start out, get a cute banner, blog and leave people comments on their blogs and go in the etsy forums to promote and make friendships.

Take Bright clear photos, That is a big key!
I have a white poster board I use with a reading light..
It does not have to be an elaborate set up.


-What do you do to promote your shop? Do you blog? Twitter? Facebook? Myspace?

-Why did you decide to join Minor Effect?
To get to know some of the younger etsy sellers.
I have made some very sweet friend at etsy, with all different age groups. These friendships I have made I couldn't find anywhere else.

-color?
Teal

-movie?
oh my gosh... I love movies!
I love most of them..
all the old musicals, westerns, comedy, sweet love stories.
No horror movies please! :P

-type of music?
country, christen and and a BUNCH of random songs..

-What item is on your Etsy wishlist?
WOW I could not pick! I have 53 pages of etsy favorites..
Etsy has so many awesome crafters!

-What do you do for fun?
Go on the computer--of course! ;)
lol I go on the computer, scrap book, hang out with my family, photograph, watch a movie, lay on my bed and listen to music, craft, draw and read.

What one toy would you like to throw repeatedly at a brick
wall?
Well I tried thinking of a stupid toy that would be fun to throw, but I can't think of one.
I think it would be fun to throw over and over a bouncy ball! :D

If you could be any super hero, which would you be?
Hmmmmm I don't know,
My siblings know all of them.. and I mean all! lol
I asked them who I should say and Zack said that I should me Wonder Woman and Aliss said I should me Hawk Woman
(don't know who that is.. I am gonna have to go search ;)
I just want to be able to do some Awesome stuff! ;)

I live in a big hundred year old fixer upper house on the Washington coast.
In it live: three sisters, one brother, my hard working Mom, ME and a menagerie of pets.
